5th Corfu Beer Festival – Corfu meets England !!! 25 with 30 / 09 / 2018
The annual five-day event “Corfu Beer Festival” this year will be from Tuesday 25 to Sunday 30 September 2018.
The “Corfu Beer Festival” is now an Institution festival, which provides the exclusive opportunity to network, entertain and join forces with different cultures, beer, gastronomy, dance and songs.
This year Corfu meets England in a 5 day celebration demonstrating one country to another its traditions and culture. We will be able to share them in a huge celebration, at a celebration of gristronomy, culture, culture and know-how! Trying tastes, singing, having fun!
The festival promises unique moments, feelings, images and tastes. Every evening there will be great entertainment complexes as well as Greek and English music. During the days, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in local seminars and demonstrations of the traditions of the two cultures while they will be able to taste for one more year unique beers produced for this purpose as well as local dishes from both Corfu , as well as from England.
The festival will take place in Arillas, on the northwest coast of Corfu, across from the Corfu Microbrewery. In the last 50 years, this traditional village has slowly evolved into an excellent tourist resort with hotels, restaurants, bars and shops, while preserving the character of the village where visitors feel not as tourists but as guests.
The festival began for the first time in 2013, where Corfu met with Bavaria at the “Corfu meets Bavaria” festival, while 2014 met with Great Britain at “Corfu meets UK”. We would like to invite all readers to join us at Arillas this year at “Corfu meets England”, at one of the biggest and most spectacular festivals on the island.
